The invention discloses an optical microscope system. The optical microscope system comprises an optical microscope and a steam supplying apparatus. The optical microscope comprises ocular lenses, an object lens, an objective table, a concentrating illumination system and a focusing mechanism. The steam supplying apparatus comprises a steam guiding pipe for directly conveying steam to a sample on the objective table. Since the steam can form liquid drops at the surface of the nano structure of the sample on the objective table, the form of the sample with the nano structure can be directly observed through the optical microscope. The optical microscope system provided by the invention has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost, thereby greatly improving the observation efficiency of the nano structure.
