The invention provides an LED vision care lamp for relieving ciliary muscle fatigue by virtue of stroboflash to relieve the ciliary muscle fatigue. The LED vision care lamp mainly comprises a base; a lampshade is movably connected to the base; a lighting power light source and a control circuit used for regulating and controlling the lighting power light source are arranged in the lampshade; the LED vision care lamp further comprises a flashing device for emitting multiple flashing to a background environment; the control circuit is connected with the flashing device to control the flashing device; a brightness regulating circuit is further arranged between the flashing device and the control circuit; the brightness regulating circuit is used for amplifying the current or the voltage of the flashing device. When eyes are stimulated by instantaneous flashing, due to no visual object of a fixed focus before the eyes, the optic nerve unconsciously forms distant-view illusion, the ciliary muscle and the crystalline lens naturally stretch and relax, and the ciliary muscle fatigue or spasm due to being frozen in a state for a long time and the resulting descending of the regulation function of the ciliary muscle are avoided; as a result, the eye fatigue is effectively relieved and the purpose of vision care is achieved.
