Summary: | The invention discloses a street sweeper controller with an auxiliary engine fault diagnosis function, which comprises a power supply unit and a master control unit, the master control unit is respectively connected with an input unit, an output unit, an engine communication module, a motor driving module and a display unit, the input unit is used for connection with a switch and sensor unit of a street sweeper, the output unit is used for connection with an electromagnetic valve and an actuator of the street sweeper, the engine communication module is used for connection with an auxiliary engine of the street sweeper, and the motor driving module is used for driving a push rod motor of the street sweeper. By means of an engine diagnosis interface, the street sweeper controller can acquire the key data of the engine in real time, such as rotational speed, water temperature, intake temperature, intake pressure and an advance angle of ignition, and displays the key data on a liquid crystal screen, the data come from an ECU (electronic control unit) of the engine, and the reliability is high; the street sweeper controller can acquire the fault of the engine in time, so that the fault can be prevented from escalating. |
