Summary: | The invention discloses a high-efficiency DNA hybridization solution which is composed of NaH2PO4, urea and sodium dodecyl sulfate; the content of NaH2PO4 is 0.5-10% (w/v), the content of urea is 10-70% (w/v); the content of sodium dodecyl sulfate is 0.2-30% (w/v); NaH2PO4, urea and sodium dodecyl sulfate are respectively weighed in proportion to be dissolved in quantificational distilled water; all the components in distilled water are added regardless of order. The high-efficiency DNA hybridization solution is simple in composition and low in cost, hybridization temperature can be reduced, and urea in the high-efficiency DNA hybridization solution is odorless, tasteless, safe and environmental-friendly. Experimental results are comparable with those of foreign well-known brands, and the cost of the high-efficiency DNA hybridization solution is only 7.7% of those of the foreign well-known brands. |
