The invention discloses a user home diagnosing system and method under an intelligent medical service. The system comprises an intelligent terminal and a home diagnosing platform. In a user home environment, the intelligent terminal collects the current key physiological indexes of a user, the user can input related symptoms on the platform after logging in the platform, a doctor can check the related symptoms input by the user after logging in the platform and provides feedback to the user. The home diagnosing platform is based on a B/S three-layer-mode structure, the user can input the related physiological indexes measured by the intelligent terminal after logging in the platform, and the system automatically saves the data in a server at a cloud end. The doctor can locally check the data saved at the cloud end by the user after logging in the platform and provides doctor advices or related dieting and exercise advises according to professional knowledge. The user can check the corresponding doctor advices provided by the doctor after logging in the platform again.
