The magnetic eyeshade vibration patch comprises pulse patch arrays, and pulse patches are arranged at the positions, corresponding to human eye acupoints, in an eyeshade. The controller comprises a timer with a comparing function and controls the magnetic eyeshade vibration patch to vibrate by judging whether preset time is up or not. The time setting module is arranged on a mobile phone and is communicated with the controller through mobile phone Bluetooth. The pulse timing based muted numerical-control alarm clock is further provided with a display unit which is arranged on the eyeshade and connected with the controller.
