Summary:The invention belongs to the fields of nonferrous metal metallurgy and new materials, and relates to a method for preparing highly pure indium micropowder by using industrial indium ingots. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing an electrolyte solution, and purifying the electrolyte solution; 2, selecting an electrolytic tank; 3, adjusting electrolytic technological parameters; 4, carrying out a powder dispersion technology; and 5, carrying out a powder separating and drying technology: taking down a powder carrying container below the cathode of the electrolytic tank, separating by using a pumping filtration technology, washing by using anhydrous ethanol during pumping filtration, and drying in nitrogen environment due to activity and easy atmospheric oxidation of indium. The micropowder prepared through the method can be used in the field of LED plating, and can also be used in the industries of semiconductors and other electronic products.
