Summary: | The invention discloses a high-strength and wear-resisting iron based powder metallurgic bearing. The high-strength and wear-resisting iron based powder metallurgic bearing is characterized by comprising components of materials in percentage by weight as follows: 16.0%-18.0% of copper, 0.80%-0.90% of carbon, 0.01%-1.0% of cerium fluoride and the balance of iron, and the total quantity of impurities is not higher than 2%. A manufacturing technology of the iron based powder metallurgic bearing comprises steps as follows: powder mixing, pressing, sintering, heat treatment and vacuum oil immersion. The iron based powder metallurgic bearing has high strength and high wear resistance, the crushing strength is in a range of 720 MPa-780 MPa, the Rockwell hardness is in a range of 90 HRB-110 HRB, the oil content is 13%-16%, and the oil lubrication friction coefficient is in a range of 0.08-0.09; the high-strength and wear-resisting iron based powder metallurgic bearing is used for engineering machinery such as oil cylinders of an excavator and a bulldozer. |
