The invention discloses a boiler barrel drilling support and relates to the technical field of boiler equipment manufacture. The boiler barrel drilling support comprises a passive turnover frame and an active turnover frame which are oppositely arranged. A first bearing seat and a second bearing seat are arranged at the two ends of the passive turnover frame respectively. A third bearing seat and a fourth bearing seat are arranged at the two ends of the active turnover frame respectively. The third bearing seat at one end of the active turnover frame is connected with one end of a speed reducer through a gear sleeve and the other end of the speed reducer is connected with a motor. A second transmission screw set is arranged at the lower face of the other end of the active turnover frame and connected with the lower end of the fourth bearing seat. A first transmission screw set is arranged on the lower face of the end, opposite to the end with the second transmission screw set of the active turnover frame, of the passive turnover frame and connected with the lower end of the second bearing seat. By the adoption of the boiler barrel drilling support, the problems that the labor intensity of workers is high and work efficiency is low in the boiler barrel drilling process can be solved.
