Summary:The invention discloses an assembling device and assembling method for a porous plate. The assembling device comprises a first clamping device, a second clamping device and a jig. The first clamping device is used for clamping a plurality of reaction cups and placing the reaction cups on the jig. The jig is used for accommodating the reaction cups clamped by the first clamping device and adjusting the positions of the reaction cups, so that the positions of the reaction cups correspond to the arrangement positions of accommodating holes in a tray of the porous plate. The second clamping device is used for clamping the tray and making the accommodating holes of the tray align with the reaction cups placed on the jig, and then the tray and the reaction cups can be combined to form the porous plate in a press fit mode.
