Summary:The invention discloses a continuous casting production line device and a casting method for brake hubs. The continuous casting production line device is provided with an intermediate-frequency iron-melting furnace, and equipped with a molten iron transfer ladle, wherein molten iron after iron-melting is poured into the molten iron transfer ladle, the molten iron transfer ladle is hoisted and loaded with a molten iron ladle in place, and when the molten iron ladle is lack in molten iron, the molten iron is supplemented through the molten iron transfer ladle; a pouring opening is formed in one side of the molten iron ladle, and formed inthe middle part of a sand mould group formed by arraying and combining a plurality of sand moulds, and each sand mould is provided with a sprue; by pouring the molten iron ladle, the molten iron is poured into the sprues of the sand moulds by virtue of gravity to fill cavities, after the cavities are fully filled, a traction wheel is driven to rotate through power, and the molten iron ladle is pulled to displace a sprue station through a traction rope, so as to continue to carry out molten iron pouring. With the adoption of the equipment and the method disclosed by the invention, continuous casting for the brake hubs can be realized, and the equipment has the advantages of being high in production efficiency, safe, energy-saving, and convenient to automatically control. The equipment and the method are suitable for being applied as continuous casting equipment and a casting method for the brake hubs.
