Summary:The invention provides a method for producing selenium-enriched tea leaves by endogenous regulation of soil. The acidification degree of the soil is relieved by applying a soil modifier, so that the pH of the soil is increased, and the chemical effectiveness of selenium of the soil is enhanced; by application of substances such as biological organic fertilizer, the microorganism colony structure of the soil at the root of a tea tree is improved, the root growth of the tea tree is promoted, and the root absorption capacity of the tea tree is improved, so that the chemical effective selenium in the soil can be absorbed to form biological effective selenium in the tea tree body, and the aim of producing and developing the selenium-enriched tea leaves can be achieved. After the method is used, the selenium content of the tea leaves is 0.97+/-0.02mg/kg, and the selenium content of common tea leaves without selenium fertilizer is 0.28+/-0.01mg/kg, so that the selenium content of the tea leaves is increased by almost 3 times. According to the method, the selenium fertilizer does not need to be applied extra, so that the safety risk caused by application of inorganic selenium is avoided, and the method is suitable for a large area of acidic selenium-enriched tea garden.
