The invention discloses a computer behavior-based data anti-leakage system. The system comprises a driving module, a user behavior analysis module and a data judgment module, wherein the driving module transmits a trigger signal to the user behavior analysis module when an event of transmitting a file outwards by a computer through network is detected; the user behavior analysis module detects whether user input information and window information exist after receiving the trigger signal and transmits information to the data type judgment module after judging that the behavior is the behavior occurring according to active intention of the user; the data type judgment module judges the outgoing file and transmits a secret-related judgment result of the outgoing file to the driving module; the driving module processes the event of transmitting the file outwards according to the judgment result. The invention also discloses a corresponding data anti-leakage method. Complete analysis, induction and conclusion are performed aiming at the data outgoing behavior on a computer terminal; the system and the method have the advantages of high pertinence, low false alarm rate, high efficiency and the like.
