Summary: | The invention relates to a method for removing carboxylic acid from a carboxylic-acid-containing sucrose-6-ester solution, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving an organo-tin compound into a non-polar solvent to prepare an organo-tin compound solution, adding a 1-30 wt% inorganic alkali water solution while stirring, standing to stratify, removing the understratum water solution to maintain the supernatant solution, adding water, washing by stirring, standing to stratify, and removing the understratum water solution to obtain an organo-tin compound solution subjected to alkali treatment; and (2) adding the organo-tin compound solution subjected to alkali treatment in the step (1) into the carboxylic-acid-containing sucrose-6-ester solution to be treated, stirring, standing to stratify, separating, and recovering the supernatant organo-tin compound solution, thereby obtaining the understratum carboxylic-acid-removed sucrose-6-ester solution. The method is simple to operate. The separated organo-tin compound solution can be recycled in the step (1) after being subjected to alkali treatment, thereby lowering the cost and avoiding the defects caused by removal of carboxylic acid by distillation. |
