The mechanical peristaltic pump mechanism comprises a main supporter, wherein the lower end of the main supporter is provided with two brackets used for supporting, the upper end surface of the main supporter is respectively provided with a front support plate, a speed reducing motor and a support frame, a front end shaft is arranged on the front support plate, the front end shaft is rotationally connected with a front end cover through a bearing, a rotating shaft of the speed reducing motor is fixedly connected with a back end cover through a key in a matched way, the front end cover and the back end cover are connected through a plurality of groups of rolling needle devices, a press cover and a connecting block are respectively arranged on the support frame, and the press cover is tightly pressed with the support frame through a pull handle rod. The mechanical peristaltic pump mechanism has the advantages that the cost is low, the operation is stable, the operation precision is high, the service life is long, the installation and the carrying are convenient, and the fault rate and the maintenance difficulty are lower.
