The invention discloses a universal aligning and loading mechanism for an upper plate. The universal aligning and loading mechanism comprises a mandrel, wherein the mandrel is arranged on the middle position of the mechanism; the mandrel is connected with a baffle plate; the baffle plate is connected with a bearing base; the bearing base is connected with a first connecting plate; a dust ring is arranged between the mandrel and the baffle plate; a hollow shaft is arranged below the baffle plate; the hollow shaft is connected with a second bearing cover; the bearing base is further connected with a first bearing cover; an aligning joint bearing is arranged between the mandrel and the hollow shaft. According to the universal aligning and loading mechanism disclosed by the invention, due to pressure applied by an air cylinder and the universal aligning joint bearing between the mandrel and the hollow shaft, the upper plate system can be self-aligned to bear radial load, axial load or combined load of the radial direction and the axial direction, so that the alignment and the stress of the upper plate system are guaranteed very well, the upper plate working surface and the lower plate working surface are guaranteed to be flexibly adhered completely, twisting of the two working surfaces is prevented, and quality problems of flatness and the like of a processed component are guaranteed.
