Summary:The invention relates to an ultra-low-temperature flux-cored wire for a boat body and a marine drilling platform. The ultra-low-temperature flux-cored wire comprises a sheath and a flux core, and is characterized in that the sheath is made of a low-carbon steel band, the weight percentage of low-carbon steel is 0.025 to 0.035 percent, the width dimension of the sheath is 14mm, and the thickness dimension of the sheath is 0.8mm; the flux core comprises the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 10 to 12.5 percent of silicon manganese alloy, 1.5 to 3.0 percent of ferrotitanium alloy, 5 to 6.5 percent of ferrosilicon alloy, 10 to 13.5 percent of nickel powder, 1 to 2.5 percent of fluorite, 4 to 5.5 percent of molybdenum powder, 1 to 2.5 percent of bauxite, 1 to 2.5 percent of rhenium fluorine powder, 0.8 to 1.9 percent of zirconium silicon alloy and the balance iron powder, and the flux core filling rate is 13 to 20 percent. The flux core adopted by the invention has the advantages that the production cost is relatively low, the intensity is high, good impact performance in ultra-low-environment can be ensured, and in addition, the automatic and semi-automatic welding can be realized.
