Summary:The invention relates to a cleaning mechanism before secondary grinding of a drill point. The cleaning mechanism mainly solves the problems that during the cleaning before the secondary grinding of the existing drill point, time and labor are wasted, and the condition that workers are punctured by the drill point can be easily caused. The cleaning mechanism is characterized in that cleaning brushes comprise a first cleaning brush and a second cleaning brush, a passage through which the drill point passes is formed between the first cleaning brush and the second cleaning brush, the inclination angle of the first cleaning brush and the second cleaning brush corresponds to the spiral angle of the drill point, in addition, the first cleaning brush and the second cleaning brush rotate in the same direction, the brushing length of brush hair of the first cleaning brush and the second cleaning brush is greater than the axial length of a spiral groove of the drill point surface. The cleaning mechanism before secondary grinding of the drill point provided by the invention has the advantages that a motor is arranged on an installing frame, at least two cleaning brushes used for cleaning the drill point are connected onto the motor, the inclination angle of the two cleaning brushes corresponds to the spiral angle of the drill point, and in addition, the two cleaning brushes are correspondingly arranged at the two sides of the drill point, so that residues clamped in the drill edge screw can be subjected to elimination and cleaning operation, the efficacy is improved, time and labor are saved, and in addition, the workers cannot be punctured.
