Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a ternary co-crystallized ozone oxidation catalyst for wastewater treatment. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving three catalysis active components of iron, manganese and nickel in water according to a specific molar ratio to prepare a co-crystallization mixed mother liquor, adding a gamma-Al2O3 molecular sieve into the mixed mother liquor, adopting a constant temperature dipping technology at 20DEG C to make the three effective components in the mother liquor uniformly adsorbed to the surface of the gamma-Al2O3, carrying out 120DEG C microwave drying pretreatment, and carrying out 150DEG C crystallization co-precipitation, 20min rapid heating and 550DEG C heat digestion in a high temperature microwave sintering furnace to prepare the supported ternary co-crystallized ozone oxidation catalyst. The preparation method is simple and efficient, the three active components on the surface of the catalyst exist as a cocrystal, and the catalyst has a good ozone oxidation catalysis effect, extremely high compactness, high binding fastness with a base material, chemical corrosion resistance, and effective solving of the catalyst loss problem. |
