Summary:The invention discloses a method for improving the cut stem blending accuracy. On a cigarette cut stem production line, the made cut stem finished products are humidified or dried through a water regulating process, so that the moisture content of cut stems is basically the same as that of leaf stems; and then the cut stems are blended into the leaf stems according to the formula proportion. By means of the method, the content of dry matter in the cut stems blended in each batch can meet the formula requirement; meanwhile, fluctuation of the cut stem blending proportion in different batches is reduced, so that the cut stem blending accuracy is improved, and influences of cut stem water content changes on product quality are reduced; and compared with other method, the method has the beneficial effects of being small in process change, small in improvement investment, free of new building or building changing of plants, low in energy resource consumption and the like.
