The invention discloses a method and a device for processing request information, relating to the field of internet information technology. The method and device can solve the problem of flooding of a service system, save hardware cost and improve resource use ratio. According to an embodiment, the request information from a service requester is received; the request information is sent to a first business system in the service system, wherein the first business system is any one business system in the service system; when reject information from the first business system is received, the request information is sequentially sent to all the other business systems except the first business system in the service system until the business system which is to process the request information is determined. The embodiment of the invention is applicable to processing of the request information.
