Summary: | The invention relates to a lithium ion secondary battery negative pole piece and a preparation method thereof. A functional group is grafted to the surface of adhesive butadiene styrene rubber molecules, the particle size of the butadiene styrene rubber molecules is reduced to 75nm to 85nm, and thus the butadiene styrene rubber adhesive is good in adhesion property, dispersion property and stability. By adopting a special negative pole formula, the negative pole piece comprises the following ingredients by weight percent: 95.9 to 96.9 percent of graphite mixture, 0.8 to 1.2 percent of carbon black, 1.5 to 1.8 percent of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium and 0.8 to 1.1 percent of butadiene styrene rubber. The prepared lithium ion secondary battery negative pole piece improves the battery capacity and reduces battery resistance. |
