The invention discloses user resource information processing method, a terminal and a server, and belongs to the field of internet communication. The method comprises the steps of receiving numerical value transfer information, a card identifier and a first data file transmitted by a first terminal, wherein the card identifier and the first data file are acquired in an intelligent card of a first user by the first terminal, and the numerical value transfer information at least comprises a user identifier and a resource numerical value of a second user; and verifying the identity of the first user according to the card identifier and the first data document; if the verification is passed, acquiring the user resource information of the first user according to the card identifier, and acquiring the user resource information of the second user according to a user identifier of the second user; processing the user resource information of the first user and the user resource information of the second user according to the resource numerical value. According to the user resource information processing method provided by the invention, the user resource information processing efficiency can be improved.
