Summary:The invention relates to a vortex refrigeration compressor with a sliding and rolling friction pair bent axle supporting structure. The vortex refrigeration compressor comprises a shell, a fixed scroll plate, a movable scroll plate, a bent axle, an upper support, a motor and a lower supporting assembly; the improvement is as follows: a step hole is formed in the axial middle of the upper support, and the middle joint part of the step hole is an axial inner end face; a thrust bearing is arranged at the upper part of the bent axle; one axial side face of the thrust bearing is adjacent to a convex ring and the other axial side face of the thrust bearing is in contact with the axial inner end face of the step hole of the upper support; a positioning pipe shaft is arranged in the axial middle of a lower supporting plate; and the lower end of the bent axle is matched in the positioning pipe shaft through a sliding bearing. According to the vortex refrigeration compressor, a sliding friction pair in a contact horizontal plane of a thrust block in the lower supporting assembly and the bent axle is changed into a rolling friction pair, so that on the one hand, the power consumption of the system is reduced; on the other hand, the assembling requirements are lower than the assembling requirements of the thrust block and the bent axle and an assembling process is simplified; and meanwhile, a design and machining process is simplified and the cost is reduced.
