The invention relates to an organic Rankine cycle power generation turbine unit with a dynamic oil film sealing system and a sealing control method. The turbine unit comprises an evaporator, a turbine and the dynamic oil film sealing system; the sealing system comprises a controller, an oil tank, an oil pump, a connecting pipe and an evaporator outlet pressure transmitter used for sealing control, and three pressure transmitters located on the turbine; the controller is connected with the four pressure transmitters through controller input pipes; the controller is further connected with the oil pump; the oil pump is respectively connected with the three pressure transmitters on the turbine through sealing oil pipes. The sealing control method includes that the pressure transmitters output sealing signals, the controller receives sealing signals, the controller commands the oil pump to regulate pressure, and the dynamic oil film sealing is performed.
