Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing ecological environment-friendly hydrolysis-resistant highly stripped leatherette. The method comprises the following steps: (1) base cloth pretreatment, that is, dipping nonwovens with polyurethane, putting into a solidification liquid, and solidifying; (2) cloth base coating, that is, coating the nonwovens treated in the step (1) with anionic waterborne polyurethane composite slurry, and then modifying through a modifier; (3) condensation, that is, putting the anionic waterborne polyurethane composite slurry into a condensation liquid to condense; and (4) dry process overlaying, that is, washing, drying and setting, and providing patterns and colors by employing a release paper transfer method. According to the method for preparing the ecological environment-friendly hydrolysis-resistant highly stripped leatherette, by adopting the waterborne polyurethane composite slurry and adding a siloxane coupling agent, the water resistance of a waterborne polyurethane coating is improved; the damages to synthetic leather caused by moisture are blocked; meanwhile, the coating strength is improved by introducing an enclosed isocyanate curing agent; and the peel strength of the synthetic leather is improved. |
