Summary:The invention discloses a chromium-molybdenum-titanium alloy lining plate material. The chromium-molybdenum-titanium alloy lining plate material is characterized by comprising the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 6-8% of Cr, 0.4-0.8% of Si, 1.0-2.0% of Mn, 0.5-0.8% of Mo, 0.024-0.036% of Ti, 2.0-2.6% of C, not larger than 0.04% of S, not larger than 0.04% of P, 0.024-0.05% of rare earth silicon and the balance of Fe. The invention aims at overcoming the defects in the prior art, the material has the main property of reasonable coordination of high toughness and high hardness, and needs no high temperature or quenching treatment, and the specific properties of the material are as follows: heat treatment surface hardness 52 HRC of the lining plate is not smaller than 52-55; the impact toughness index ak is not smaller than 10J/cm ; the impact fatigue life time of the lining plate is not less than 105; the breakage rate of the lining plate is zero; grinding ball attrition is smaller than 0.1g/t coal; the service life of the lining plate is not less than 5 years, and the lining plate is required to at least adapt to steel balls (CrMoMnTi alloy, HRC 49-58).
