The present invention discloses an exhaust pipe hanger with high tear resistance and high fatigue resistance, and a preparation method thereof. The exhaust pipe hanger comprises the raw materials of by weight 60-80 portions of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 5-15 portions of methyl vinyl trifluoromethyl propyl rubber, 10-30 portions of silica, 3-5 portions of a pigment, 1-3 portions of a heat stabilizer, 4-5 portions of a structured control agent, 2-3 portions of a compatibilizer and 0.7-1 portion of a curing agent. The exhaust pipe hanger optimizes the addition amount of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, methyl vinyl trifluoromethyl propyl rubber, silica, pigment, heat stabilizer, structured control agent, compatibilizer and curing agent, so as to gain excellent tear resistance and fatigue resistance. Hydroxyl silicone oil and dimethyl ether silicon as structured control agents can effectively control agglomeration of silicon rubber and filler; reactive alkoxy polysiloxane as the compatibilizer can increase the compatibility of silicone rubber with filler and structured control agents, so that the rubber mixing is more evenly, and the tear strength and fatigue resistance of the rubber can be effectively improved.
