Summary: | The invention discloses an error-proofing locking method of the belting side of a tire moulding machine, wherein the method comprise the following steps: (A) sensing a signal by an optical grating, and sending the sensed signal to a device for determination; (B) if it is determined that human intervention exists, automatically performing a program locking operation; (C) performing manual safety reset; (D) ensuring the materials and pressing an error-proofing button for reset; and (E) pressing a step-by-step button on the device to automatically continuously operate the device. In the invention, the automatic locking operation of the program is achieved by means of detection through the optical grating. When the system is unlocked, the manual safe reset and the error-proofing button reset are both required for preventing human intervention at the belting side, which is unknown to an operator at the main machine side and is liable to cause a problem of mistaking and missing the number of the adhesion layers of the tire at the belting side. The error-proofing locking method can ensure processing quality and increase production efficiency. |
