Summary:An embodiment of the invention provides a hydrological drawing based graphic interaction system and hydrologic data processing method and relates to the technical field of hydrologic forecasting. The system comprises a hydrological drawing generation display unit, an actual hydrographic curve generation display unit, a forecast data generation unit, a curve ruler unit and a forecast hydrographic curve interaction generation display unit. By means of the system and the method, forecast data are corrected through a forecast data correction unit, the forecast hydrographic curve interaction generation display unit draws forecast hydrographic curves through a curve ruler provided by the curve ruler unit, and accordingly, a powerful man-machine interaction function is provided, professional knowledge and experience of forecasters can be integrated into the forecast hydrographic curve generation, and accordingly, the generated forecast hydrographic curves are more close to true values, and the forecast accuracy is improved.
