Summary:The invention discloses a regulation and control center routing inspection testing system and method. A remote controllable soft strap of a test object is withdrawn through remote control, meanwhile the withdrawal of the soft strap is determined by acquiring a remote signal of the soft strap, then the equipment associated with the soft strap changing remotely at present is determined to be a routing inspection test object to be remotely controlled through directly transmitted warning information to perform remote control test so as to acquire information on remote control return-for-correction failure, and the correctness for test routing inspection object description is determined in combination with transmission of the remote control failure warning information, so that the consistency and correspondence of the object in the remote control routing inspection operation and field equipment are guaranteed, finally the remote control soft strap is put into operation, and monitoring, warning and information uploading are performed; after the information is correct, the remote routing inspection test verification is finished; the system is restored to an original state. Actual transmission experiment is not required, the accurate corresponding of a remote control signal can be subjected to routing inspection and verified, the pull-in time of unattended substations or substations with few people on duty is reduced, the workload of debugging, overhauling and maintenance is saved, and real-time operation and safety of a power grid are guaranteed.
