The method includes the steps of firstly, digging a trapezoid groove, wherein the trapezoid groove is dug along a water seepage seam on the concrete water seepage part, the two ends of the trapezoid groove go beyond the two ends of the water seepage seam, and cleaning the trapezoid groove after digging is completed; secondly, embedding an expansion water stop strip, wherein the expansion water stop strip is embedded in the bottom of the trapezoid groove and is compacted; thirdly, conducting rapid hardening leaking stoppage agent packing, wherein rapid hardening leaking stoppage agent powder and water are kneaded into balls, the ball-shaped rapid hardening leaking stoppage agents are rapidly put into the trapezoid groove to form a rapid hardening leaking stoppage agent layer covering the expansion water stop strip, and then the rapid hardening leaking stoppage agent layer is squeezed, compacted and maintained; fourthly, smearing epoxy mortar, wherein four to five layers of epoxy mortar are smeared and maintenance is conducted after the surface of the rapid hardening leaking stoppage agent layer is dried. The construction operation is convenient, concrete water seepage can be rapidly blocked, the construction efficiency is high, and cost is low.
