Summary: | The invention discloses an LF refining process for deoxidizing according to colour of furnace slag. Slag bonding operation is carried out during refining, and the following operations are carried out according to colour of the bonded furnace slag: (1) when the furnace slag is black, replenishing an aluminium-containing slag former in a ratio of 0.4-0.6kg per ton steel and silicon carbide in a ratio of 0.2-0.3kg per ton steel; (2) when the furnace slag is brown or grey replenishing silicon carbide in a ratio of 0.1-0.2kg per ton steel; and (3) when the furnace slag is white or grey white, deoxidization is complete. The LF refining process for deoxidizing according to colour of furnace slag has the advantages that the slag bonding operation is carried out, deoxidization degree of molten steel is judged according to colour of tapped slag, and online operation of a worker is guided, so that the worker can be guided to rapidly judging oxidability of refined steel slag and deoxidation degree of the molten steel, optimization of the refining furnace deoxidizing process is realized, cost is saved, standardized operation degree is improved, and simplicity, easiness and strong guidance are realized. |
