The invention relates to a double-sided monochrome hard pressing soft offset press. The double-sided monochrome hard pressing soft offset press consists of a paper conveying part, a front transfer part, a frame part, a back surface printing part, a frontal surface printing part and a paper receiving part, wherein the paper conveying part is connected with the front transfer part; the front transfer part is connected with the back surface printing part; the back surface printing part is connected with the frontal surface printing part; the frontal surface printing part and the back surface printing part adopt a structure form of horizontal arrangement; a mode of impressing a blanket cylinder by an impressing cylinder is adopted to print; as the front transfer part adopts two paper transfer cylinders with the same diameter to transfer, the high-speed printing of printing the frontal surface after printing the back surface is realized; as the diameters of the paper transfer cylinders are equal to the diameters of a printing plate cylinder, the blanket cylinder and the rigid impressing cylinder, parts are strong in universality; as the frontal surface printing part and the back surface printing part adopt the structure form of horizontal arrangement, the machine stability is improved; and the hard pressing soft printing mode of combining the rigid impressing cylinder with the blanket cylinder is adopted, so that the printing has no double image.
