Summary:The invention discloses a non-hole riveting device and a connecting structure of a bolt and a plate and an air conditioner base plate. The non-hole riveting device of the bolt and the plate is characterized in that the bolt comprises a screw rod portion and a screw cap portion, wherein the screw cap portion comprises a screw cap body connected with the screw rod portion and a hollow cylindrical molding concave portion which is arranged on the surface, opposite to the screw rod portion, of the screw cap body. The non-hole riveting device comprises a female die and a plunger chip, wherein the female die is provided with a supporting face and a locating hole, and one end, close to the female die, of the plunger chip is provided with a plunger chip portion and a riveting portion; the plunger chip portion is matched with a molding concave portion to enable a punched hole to be formed in a riveting portion of the plate and enable waste materials generated by the punched hole to be extruded into an inner cavity of the molding concave portion; and the riveting portion is matched with the molding concave portion to enable the periphery of the molding concave portion to be wrapped by the riveting portion around the punched hole. According to the invention, a machining technological process is simplified, manpower is reduced, production efficiency is improved, energy consumption is reduced, and the energy-saving aim is achieved; and meanwhile, the product appearance is optimized, and the condition is created for achieving follow-up automation production.
