Summary:The invention relates to soy sauce flavouring tablets and a production method thereof. The soy sauce flavouring tablets is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 50-80% of brewed soy sauce powder, 2-10% of table salt, 2-15% of a sweetening agent, 2-15% of a flavouring agent, 2-15% of a filling agent, and 3-20% of flavour auxiliary materials, wherein the raw materials are weighed according to the formula, mixed, granulated, dried and tabletted to prepare the soy sauce flavouring tablets. The soy sauce tablets disclosed by the invention are strong in soy sauce flavour, various in shape and specifications, and convenient to carry. Compared with a soy sauce powder, the soy sauce tablets are excellent in moisture absorption resistance and flavour lasting property, not liable to agglomerate, easy to disperse with water or good in solubility, and convenient to use; the soy sauce tablets can be quantitatively used in diet flavouring or used as a functional electrolyte drink after being diluted by certain times.
