The invention relates to the technical field of mobile communication, in particular to a multi-network interoperation method and device. The multi-network interoperation method and device aim at solving the problems that as a mobile terminal frequently carries out multi-network interoperation, the power consumption is increased, and the probability of network separation and service interruption is increased. The multi-network interoperation method includes the steps that a user terminal determines the movement speed of the user terminal and the numbers of cells for supporting network types; after the user terminal determines that the movement speed of the user terminal is larger than a set speed threshold value, multi-network interoperation strategies are determined according to the determined numbers of the cells for supporting the network types. By means of the multi-network interoperation method and device, on the premise that normal running of services of the user terminal is met, the multi-network interoperation probability is reduced as far as possible.
