Due to the fact that a linked switch is additionally arranged at one end of the anti-dropping safety rod to control opening and closing of the cable clamp at the top of the insulating rod, the aim of preventing the head of a ground wire from dropping is achieved when the ground wire is hung, and safety accidents can be prevented from happening.
