Summary: | The invention discloses a method for quantitative control of the wiring margin of an alternating current contactor and an alternating current contactor. The method comprises the steps of preserving an outgoing line of a certain length after coil winding is finished; making the outgoing line penetrate through a wiring channel, and enabling the portion, stretching out of the wiring channel, of the outgoing line to abut against the surface of a coil frame through a bar; winding the end of the outgoing line on a terminal block so that a bent margin section can be formed on the portion, between the wiring channel and the terminal block, of the outgoing line; welding the end of the outgoing line and the terminal block together. By the adoption of the method, the wiring margin can be effectively controlled, operation and detection are facilitated, and the problem that a coil is open after the alternating current contactor is sold due to the fact that the wiring margin is not properly controlled is solved. |
