The invention relates to a connector for thermal power plant turbine in-service condenser pipe chemical cleaning and a using method. The connector comprises a connecting pipe, an external thread with a preset length is arranged at the thin end of the connecting pipe from outside to inside, a complete external thread is arranged at the thick end, and an internal thread with a preset length is arranged at the thick end from outside to inside; an internal thread of a conical nut is matched with the external thread of the thin end of the connecting pipe, and the diameter of the large end of the conical nut is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of a heat exchange pipe; an axial through hole of a sealing ring is in close fit with the conical nut and the outer diameter of the thin end of the connecting pipe, and the outer diameter is in close fit with the inner diameter of the heat exchange pipe; the inner diameter of a gasket is matched with the outer diameter of the thin end of the connecting pipe, and the outer diameter is matched with the inner diameter of the heat exchange pipe; a gland nut is matched with the external thread of the thick end of the connecting pipe, the boundary dimension of the gland nut is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the heat exchange pipe, and the gland nut is in contact with a pipe plate; an external thread is arranged at one end of a rapid connector, and is matched with an inner hole of the thick end of the connecting pipe, and the other end of the rapid connector is connected with a flexible pipe in an inserted mode. The invention further provides the using method of the connector, the in-service condenser heat exchange pipe is connected into a washing loop in series through the connector, damage of welding operation to a water chamber erosion resistant coating is avoided, and the effluent discharge amount is reduced.
