The invention discloses a tunneling and loading all-in-one machine, which comprises a tunneling machine, a picking device and a connecting device, wherein the tunneling machine is connected with the picking device through the connecting device. According to the tunneling and loading all-in-one machine disclosed by the invention, the picking device is added to a traditional tunneling machine on original basis; the picking device can carry out left and right backswing, up and down inclination and fixed-axis rotation to carry out picking work under the power action of the connecting device; in a roadway driving process, especially when down-dip mining operation is carried out, the problem that coal and rock cut by a cutting part falls onto the front part and the side part of a shovel plate of an existing tunneling machine and are difficult to load is solved; the multidirectional overall picking effect is realized; and the loading efficiency and the tunneling efficiency of the tunneling machine are improved.
