The preparation method of the Chinese herbal medicine composition comprises the following steps: weighing sealwort, suncured ginseng, polygala tenuifolia and radix curcumae according to the proportions, soaking the components in water for 1 hour, heating and decocting the components for 3 times, decocting for 1 hour each time, and mixing water extract liquid medicine; filtering the liquid medicine, concentrating the liquid medicine to water extraction cream, and drying and crushing the water extraction cream into extract fine powder; weighing the borneol, wrapping the borneol with beta-cyclodextrin, weighing and crushing the rhizoma acori graminei and the pseudo-ginseng for later use; uniformly mixing the beta-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of the borneol, the rhizoma acori graminei, the pseudo-ginseng and the extract fine powder to obtain the composition.
