The Chinese herbal medicine composition comprises the following effective components in parts by weight: 2-6 parts of sealwort, 1-5 parts of suncured ginseng, 1-5 parts of polygala tenuifolia, 1-5 parts of radix curcumae, 0.5-4 parts of rhizoma acori graminei, 0.2-2 parts of pseudo-ginseng and 0.1-0.3 part of borneol. The preparation method of the Chinese herbal medicine composition comprises the following steps: weighing sealwort, suncured ginseng, polygala tenuifolia and radix curcumae according to the proportions, soaking the components in water for 1 hour, heating and decocting the components for 3 times, decocting for 1 hour each time, and mixing water extract liquid medicine; filtering the liquid medicine, concentrating the liquid medicine to water extraction cream, and drying and crushing the water extraction cream into extract fine powder; weighing the borneol, wrapping the borneol with beta-cyclodextrin, weighing and crushing the rhizoma acori graminei and the pseudo-ginseng for later use; uniformly mixing the beta-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of the borneol, the rhizoma acori graminei, the pseudo-ginseng and the extract fine powder to obtain the composition.
