Summary: | A gate driver (24), which is an IGZO-GDM, and a level shifter circuit (13) are connected to each other via first through fifth wires (OL1-OL5). Electric discharge units (190) are connected to the wires (OL). In a power source off sequence for removing residual electrical charge in a panel, when a power source of first through fifth output circuits (OC1-OC5) in the level shifter circuit (13) falls below an activation lower limit value, the outputs of the first through fifth output circuits (OC1-OC5) reach a state of high impedance. At this time, the electric potentials of the wires (OL) are drawn to ground potential by the electric discharge units (190). Consequently, residual electric charge in the panel can be removed quickly and stably when the power source is blocked. |
