Summary: | The invention relates to an ultrasonic welding method and a photovoltaic module for welding through the ultrasonic welding method. The ultrasonic welding method is used for welding and connecting interconnected metal wires to a ceramic function thin film on the surface of a photovoltaic battery, wherein the welding frequency of ultrasonic welding ranges from 15 kHz to 65 kHz, the interface pressure density ranges from 0.01 Mpa to 6 Mpa, the time ranges from 1 ms to 500 ms, the welding temperature ranges from 25 DEG C to 350 DEG C, and the ceramic function thin film is a metal-rich ceramic thin film in non-uniform chemical proportion. A photovoltaic battery in the photovoltaic module is electrically connected with other photovoltaic batteries through the interconnected metal wires, and the interconnected metal wires are welded and connected to the ceramic function thin film on the surface of the photovoltaic battery in an ultrasonic welding mode. The method and the photovoltaic module have the advantages that compared with the traditional interconnection technology of the thin interconnected metal wires and the photovoltaic battery, the wires are directly arranged on and welded to the surface of the photovoltaic battery through the innovative ultrasonic welding technology, transparent thin films and adhesives are omitted, cost is reduced, and reliability is improved. |
