Summary: | The invention discloses an efficient garbage treatment system, which comprises equipment for dehydration, sorting and incineration of garbage, wherein the dehydration treatment equipment comprises a drum, a radial air-blowing pipe, an air supply device and an axial air-blowing pipe; a plurality of water outlets are formed in the drum; a plurality of air outlets facing a water outlet are formed in the radial air-blowing pipe; the air supply device is connected with one end of the radial air-blowing pipe; the axial air-blowing pipe is connected with the air supply device and aligned to the front end of the drum; the garbage incinerator comprises garbage bearing plates inclined downwards and mounted in the incinerator body in a staggered and layer-by-layer manner, a combustion chamber positioned at the lower part of the incinerator body and a flue gas outlet device arranged on one side of the upper part of the incinerator body; the lower ends of each layer of the garbage bearing plates are positioned at the upper ends of the garbage bearing plates of the next layer and a plurality of through holes are formed in the garbage bearing plates; the flue gas outlet device is connected with the inlet of the air supply device of the garbage dehydration treatment equipment through a pipeline. According to the efficient garbage treatment system, waste heat of the incinerator is used for air-drying treatment of garbage in the garbage dehydration treatment equipment, so that the air-drying efficiency is improved and garbage is effectively treated. |
