Summary:The invention discloses a manufacturing technological method for a turbonator auxiliary engine sealing oil device. An oil pump, a cooler and an oil sealing box are arranged on a bottom plate, the oil pump is taken as a starting point and is connected with a pipeline, after the connection is finished, the pipeline is dismantled, and pressure test is performed; the pipeline is cleaned with acid based on a special file, and gas phase anti-rust oil is poured into the pipeline, an end opening is sealed, and the outer surface of the pipeline is painted, so that rusting is prevented. The oil pump, the cooler, a filter, the oil sealing box and the pipeline are reinstalled, and an instrument board is arranged on the bottom plate. After the comprehensive test is finished, the gas phase anti-rust oil is poured into the sealing oil device. The manufacturing technological method is applied to manufacturing the sealing oil device, so that the production efficiency is improved, the manpower is saved, the production cycle is saved, the method has greater significance that the product stability is good, and the quality is improved.
