The invention relates to a specific primer combination for detecting streptococcus pyogenes based on a loop-mediated isothermal amplification method and application of the specific primers combination. The specific primer combination comprises a pair of specific inner primers, a pair of specific outer primers and a loop primer, wherein the nucleotide sequences of the specific inner primers are expressed as SEQ ID NO.1 and SEQ ID NO.2; the nucleotide sequences of the specific outer primers are expressed as SEQ ID NO.3 and SEQ ID NO.4; the nucleotide sequence of the loop primer is expressed SEQ ID NO.5. According to the specific primer combination, five specific primers, including two outer primers, two inner primers and one loop primer, are designed in seven different areas of the highly-conservative and highly-specific speB gene sequence in GAS, and the specific primer combination is amplified according to the LAMP technology, so that the purpose of quickly and accurately detecting streptococcus pyogenes can be achieved.
