Summary: | The invention discloses an upward flow circular oil separation pretreatment device which mainly comprises a water inlet and distribution system, a bottom mud scraping mechanism, a surface oil and slag scraping mechanism and a water outlet area. A water distribution barrel 2 is employed for center water inlet; a diversion cone 3 uniformly distributes water around; and floating oil and dispersion oil in water are collected by using a density difference between the oil and the water. A surface oil skimmer 12 is matched with a floating slag hopper 13, so that the concentration of the collected floating oil can reach 20%. A mud scraper 6 is arranged at the bottom to concentrate precipitated oil sludge, the concentration of the concentrated sludge can reach 80-100g/L, and sludge thickening is not required. A designed upflow rate of the oil separation pretreatment device can reach 4m/h, and the floor area is saved. The device is widely applicable to a pretreatment stage of oily sewage and can achieve oil and suspended matter effluent of less than 100mg/L synchronously. |
