Summary:The invention discloses a tray. The tray is used for solving the technical problems that in the prior art, in the transportation process, since the bottom of an integrated module directly makes contact with the tray, failures of the integrated module may occur. The tray used for placing the integrated module comprises a baseboard, borders and at least two supporting portions, wherein the borders are formed by the baseboard extending upward along the periphery of the baseboard, and the at least two supporting portions are formed on at least two inner side faces of the borders respectively; the end portion of the integrated module can be placed on the at least two supporting portions, and therefore, at least one device of the bottom of the integrated module does not make contact with the baseboard.
