Summary: | The present invention relates to an ionizer. In one embodiment of the present invention, an uneven surface is formed on at least one surface of a substrate, at least one electrode for generating positive ions and/or negative ions is formed, and an optical catalyst can be coated on top of the uneven surface. The electrode is formed on a surface opposite the surface on which the uneven surface is formed, and two or more substrates can be arranged in alignment so that the electrode and the uneven surface face each other with a gap therebetween. The ionizer according to another embodiment comprises: a stereoscopic substrate having a polygonal column shape in which flat polygonal surfaces opposite each other are open; an electrode portion comprising at least one electrode, which is formed on the inside of at least one portion of column surfaces that form the polygonal column, for generating the positive ions and/or the negative ions; and a coated portion which is a surface coated with the optical catalyst that is on a surface opposite the column surface on which the electrode portion is formed. |
